4. This school does not participate in Federal or state financial aid programs and does not offer student loans or any forms of financial aid.

College of English Language does not have a pending petition in bankruptcy, is not operated by a debtor in possession, has not filed a petition for bankruptcy within the preceding five years, and has not had a petition in bankruptcy filed against it within the preceding five years which resulted in reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
